    Fred,

    I have Rudes 2102-B, C and D. The 2102-B, published in 1940 by the Hydrographic Office, Washington DC, bears the rubric "H.O.No 2102-B" on the dark brown manilla folder, which is secured with two brown tapes, so it's a publication number. If any historically-minded person would like to see photographs of what's inside, I will oblige.
