I have Rudes 2102-B, C and D. The 2102-B, published in 1940 by the Hydrographic Office, Washington DC, bears the rubric "H.O.No 2102-B" on the dark brown manilla folder, which is secured with two brown tapes, so it's a publication number. If any historically-minded person would like to see photographs of what's inside, I will oblige.
I have a 2102D, which I now and then actually use, trying to shot stars from the beachin North Carolina. I have seen references to earlier versions, which you too mention. If it's not to much trouble, could you please describe or perhaps illustrate the differences between the several versions.
Thanks. All the best.
