    Hi all,
there is an article in the journal of navigation on Kotlarics starfinder:
     W. A. Scott (1958). A Yugoslav Star Finder Identifikator
    Zvijezda. S. M. Kotlaric. Hydrographic Institute, Split, 1956. 28,
stiff covers, 12 9 ins.; no price stated.. Journal of Navigation,
    11, pp 426-427 doi:10.1017/S0373463300017896
unfortunately I do not have access to this article.
