The simplest way to access Philosophical Transactions, in which many Navlist 
members will be interested, seems to be to go straight to-

http://rstl.royalsocietypublishing.org/search which brings up an advanced 
search page, in which you can say what you're after. It comes up as a .pdf 
page.

All their other journals are free to access too, until 30 Nov.

Make the most of it.
