Hi Jeremy,
Due to time constrains I could only work out the fix using 3 bodies, Cappella, Rigel and Achernar, however my hand calculated fix is: 20-38.0'N; 120-52.8'E (about 3.9 miles in longitude). It is a small cocked hat but not bad.
I had a look at retarding numerically the 19:02 (Rigel) and 19:04 (Achernar)LOPS, the Achernar LOP wont do much for the error in Longitude as it is pretty horizontal, the Rigel LOP which is North-North East/South-South East oriented would move by only 0.2' which won't do much to the error in longitude.
Paolo
