    I don't know why you want to use the Polaris correction tables when you can just use the declination and the SHA to work the computation just like any other celestial computation. I have attached the tables for 1998 along with the star positions for 1998 so you can determine Polaris' declination and SHA. For comparison purposes i am also including the same for 1978. 

    Also attached are the "Q" correction tables from the Air Almanac, which accomplish the some Polaris corrections, for 1982 and for 2008 through 2015 so you can compare how the correction changes over time.
