    Antoine,

There is is a free Casio on-line hi-res calculator -
see if it fits your needs.

    Hello to all,

For Navigation purposes I need to transform radians into degrees with at least 16 significant digits (and - better - if possible to 20 or even 24 significant digits). In other words, I simply need to multiply the relevant radians figures by 180 and divide them by PI, while ensuring that end results have at least 16 significant digits.

Some 4 years ago I readily performed such computations through some software then freely available on the Web. I could even "copy-paste" and "paste-copy" the relevant numbers/results to/from this simple "extended precision calculator". NOTE : As such a "copy-paste" function greatly reduces transcription errors risks it is certainly part of my wish list, although not a "hard" requirement here.

Unfortunately I have not kept any references of the free software I had then been using on my eralier previous [now defunct and dumped] laptop.

    I am currently using Windows 7 (64bit).

While last time, I had been very lucky to immediately google up some solid kermit-proof software to fulfill my needs, to-day I have not been able to "google-retrieve" any equivalent software.

Hence my request through NavList : Any idea from you "number crunching" colleagues ?

    Many Thanks in advance

    Kermit
