Re Celestial Tools program, available from the usps.org (United States Power Squadron)
I have used several earlier versions on an older windows based computer, Windows XP, Service Pack, 3 without problems. In once case Norton 360 created a problem downloading the program to the above mentioned machine. This problem was surmounted
When I tried to download CT 4.3.0, the latest release to a new lap top with Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit operating system, Norton 360 again created problems, blocking downloading of the program. After about an hour on the phone with Norton support, I got the latest version downloaded to my lap top. Seems as if Norton does not "recognize" the Celestial Tools program, considering it "potentially unsafe", therefore blocking downloads, I do not know why, it just does.
The foregoing likely does not help with Beta version problems, but it might be of interest to some should they encounter Norton when it is having a stubborn day.
