Bill, a & c.
A is the item bothering me
C. can be adjusted via the first mirror.
The graticule is 4.5 inches in diameter. It can be removed or just rotated. Askew meaning not vertical and horizontal, the view of the entire graticule is rotated toward 1 o’clock. I attempted to rotate the graticule but the “view” stays askew.

George,
I too am waiting to understand what you mean by "askew".
Do you mean
a) The lines of the graticule are not vertical and horizontal;
b) all of the graticule is not in focus at the same time;
c) the graticule is not centred in the field of view; or
d) something else?
