Reprint of Gould's "The Marine Chronometer. Its History and Development"
    From: Michael Daly
    Date: 2007 Oct 27, 15:06 -0400

I didn't see anything on this in the archive, so...

There's a new reprint of Rupert T. Gould's "The Marine Chronometer. Its
History and Development" due late this year (December 25, 2007
supposedly). It can be pre-ordered from the usual online booksellers.
The pre-order prices are somewhat better than that offered by the
Antique Collectors Club (i.e. not list price).

Get this reprint rather than spending $$$$$$$ on copies of previous
reprints from various Abebook vendors (who seem to think any book that's
out of print is worth a king's ransom!)

    Mike
