The above was prominently mentioned/referenced in Wind Fall-The End of An Affair by the late William F. Buckley Jr., see pages 210-222.
Anyone here know anything about it, which is to ask if it is still "alive", available, or to inquire as to whether it's almanac was ever extended. According to Buckley's comments, it did not work for dates beyond 1989.
It sounded like a good program, from his description. I've Googled it, alas nothing useful comes up, at least nothing that I recognized as "useful".
Any information would be appreciated.
