    Thank you Fred and W. K?berer for your attention and your kind help! Yes, I
    am very much interested in this article of D.H. Sadler which - to my
    understanding - seems to be the basis of this table 6 from Pub. 249. I just
    wonder, whether this article would not be also of interest to other members
    of the list, since this table 6 has now been so much discussed here? Wouldn't
    it therefore be possible to send it as an attachment in a mail to the
    members of this list?
