Hello, Having found Steve Grobler's web page re restoration of the RAF Mk IX bubble sextant but having failed to communicate with him or with Robert Eno for a copy of the PDF instructions they have, hand written by the Australian Frank Bartlett, could someone help? I know how to get to the bubble chamber, I know where the soldered bit is, I know I need Hexane and I know I need to use a syringe. I do not know what to do exactly and in what ordr, and in particular how much liquid should go in? How do I know that I have left enough air inside but not too much before resoldering? Thanks for any help or tips - the sextant otherwise is in great condition and I am really keen to get it working. Zvi
