While searching on-line for some electronic version of the book - I found this page mentioning it. According to the seller's photos mine is not like that, it is in a (half-crushed) box-like cover.
If mine comes without some page or a map - will someone be kind to scan and send me a copy of a missing part? Hope it will be complete - but asking just in case...
As of regarding the extra shelf for the topic - I'm ready! :)
The book itself will be kept at home, I'll carry the electronic version (as an FB2-formatted file) and the chart/map.
