    Well, the thought of "How much could I get for this thing?" has certainly crossed my mind. But I really am more interested in finding out more about the two men. As stated, I find it quite interesting that the book is inscribed from one to the other. To my mind, the book (being signed as it is) represents a solid physical link between two men whose navigational methods and tables were incredibly important. Perhaps the presentation of the book was merely a consideration from one professional in the field to another. But perhaps there is more to it than that. That's more the kind of information I'm looking for.
