There is a good article on WWV on Wikipedia with all sorts of details:

The standard time signal frequencies are 2.5, 5, 10, 15, and 20 MHz. These are generally the navigator's "gold standard" for time. GPS time is usually better, but it's not often displayed as accurately as it's received.
