Hello Steven, I will PDF those to you this week. You are very observant. Yes, the fluid is contained in that vertical cylinder. You have to remove the solder, very carefully, so as not to introduce filings into the bubble chamber, to refill it. Stand by for the instructions.... Always happy to assist. That's the beauty of people who are interested in astro-navigation: they are always willing to share information. I can't remember how many folks has assisted me over the years.
