Oh I don't "grade" so much as post my answers and let people figure out
where things are different. I only do a write up when something is way off
base. It's hard to say with various reduction methods to say which is
"more correct." Not to worry though, my Star fix solution will be typed
out tonight along with the actual GPS fix at 1900 ZT. My computer
program, called SkyMate Pro, had a different answer then most others, but I used
a slightly different AP (the actual GPS fix) as well, so that could figure
into the final fix.

PS I just looked at my "corrected" electronic pubs CD (current through
Notice to Mariners 52-07, and the 249 errors in Volume 2 are still there.
