I'm not particularly familiar with marine chronometers of any brand, however re wrist watches suitable for celestial navigation, the following comes to mind.
I have a Casio G-Shock "Atomic Watch", paid less than $60 U.S. for it on Amazon. Due to a failure of the plastic band, the watch was replaced by Casio, all I wanted was a new band, which I was willing to pay for, they sent me a new watch, I guess it was cheaper for them to send a new watch than to mess about replaceing a watch band, their choice. The economics of the thing might be strange.
In-so-far as I can tell, checking with U.S. Naval Observatory/NIST Time, the watch is dead on, as near as two people can determine, one looking at the watch, the other "marking" time on a computer.
