    Frank,
    Yes, the true distances are
    tabulated monthly.
    And the six refraction tables are
    made for every 10 degrees of
    altitude and 10 degrees of latitude.

    P.S. If there is interest in a handy
    source of star-to-star distances,
    I can re-calculate the distances and
    post them together with refraction tables.
