    Practice Bubble vs. Professional Bubble
    From: David Fish

Wondering if folks have an opinion as to whether it's worth spending the $ for the Celestaire professional bubble horizon (vs. practice bubble) for practice ashore.

Have heard that the bubble itself is more useful (dampened?) in the pro horizon.

Another consideration is that we live in what the astronomy folks would call a "white zone" with a lot of light pollution (Cape Ann, Massachusetts, USA).

So my thinking is that the dimmer-controlled lighting of the pro bubble might allow me to extend observation time into very late twilight on into early nighttime for star shots.
