Was someone on this list looking for information from an old book? I find I have Practical Air Navigation by Thoburn C. Lyon. It is Civil Aeronautics Bulletin 24, 1945, second edition, U.S. Department of Commerce, Civil Aeronautics Administration and U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey.
