Its declination and SHA move relatively quickly compared to the Sun. That applies only to the rate of change (positive or negative). That being said, it is moving across the sky slower than the Sun. As per the NA the Sun's average motion is 15d per hour, while the *base* for moon motion (before corrections) is 14d 19'per hour. Semantics to be sure, but just to be clear....
