     Attached is an Exel spreadsheet with the names, latitudes and longitudes from the article on the Marseilles tables.   Note that longitude is referenced to the westernmost point of land in that time (13th century), which I guess is the Canary Islands.  

    Some of the names are difficult to decipher - e.g. I'm guessing that Urbs a Nuba is Khartoum, because it appears to be on the course of the Nile, and a name that looks similar to Aswan appears at the same longitude, as does Alexandria.
