If the azimuth line is drawn from a DR position, as it would be for HO211, it is an estimated position (EP).  If the azimuth line is drawn from an assumed position, as it would be for HO249, HO229, etc., I would also like to know what it is called.

Subject: [NavList] "Point determinatif" translation in english

    Hello,
In french, the term "Point déterminatif" designates the point on the azimuth line where the LOP is traced perpendicularly to the azimuth. This is one end of the Intercept segment, the other one being our assumed position. What is the name of this point in english ?
    Thank you.
