    Bob, you asked:
"Regarding question #2, I tried doing a search for "Motion of Observer" from year 2005 to the present, and got zero results. I then did a search for "MOO" and got endless returns which included the word "Moon". Doing a search for "LaPook" gets you a huge number of returns. Is there a more efficient way to search for something like this?"

There are two distinct ways to search NavList messages. You can use the "Search" function under the "Tools" menu. This only searches subjects and authors (I am mulling over some sort of keyword system, which would be very nice  to have) and does not search the body text of messages. This is a comprehensive search performed locally. No messages are missed. Second, you can do a Google search. This is a simple site search. There's a box for this on the main NavList page that says "Google Search messages". This search is very good but it's not comprehensive, and it depends on Google's algorithms which are not available to us. In a case like this, the Google search option is the better option. Type "moo mob tables" in that search box, and you will get lots of hits.

By the way, it's not necessary to do the search through that box on the NavList main page. That's just a shortcut. You can go to the main google page and enter your search like this: "moo mob tables site:fer3.com/arc".
