Try arcsin(). My spreadsheet is very similar to Excel,
but it is not exactly Excel.

You mean there is a movie?
I just read the book (under the influence of some recent
Nav-l discussions) and I liked it very much.
Our library also has "Hornblower Companion", with all maps
and technical commentaries to all Hornblower's travels and battles.
Very exciting:-) I regrett I missed this in my youth,
but in my youth I could only read those books which have been translated
into Russian, and Hornblower was not.
Alex.
