    The Ebbco was made by the East Berks. boat company (Not East banks). Berks.
    as short for Berkshire.
    I doubt if it is still available from them, because the last time I saw one
    (on sale at a chandlers in North Brittany) it was under the Plastimo label
    (a French company).
