Alex, do you have access to Bowditch, or to the online versions? Chapter 16, section 12 (aka 16.12) page 267 on the online version I've saved to my computer, show the adjustment and also discuss adjustable errors and how to adjust them out. From what I recall, Freiberger and Cassens & Plath say the same things, and don't require any cylinders or dominoes. (Although I'll probably buy a good pair of dice and try using them for comparison.) I can clip those pages & email them to you if you'd like. The online version is at NIMA...offhand I don't recall the whole URL.
