This is "Ocean passages for the world", third edition, 1973. (NP 136) Published by the Hydrographer of the Navy , Taunton, UK. I think that this was the last edition to include sailing-vessel information. I had to pay 30 for my copy, a couple of years ago. I second his nomination of this volume. I have very much enjoyed this work. It sells in the US for $110 now, but if you are to go on the seas the information is invaluable. There are a great many pull out maps of the world and its winds and currents. These maps often pull out to 4 or 5 pages worth of information, all done in excellent colors and shading. It is a book packed with information, although it is rather slender in size. Highly recommended. Dan
