I have used the Dimension 4 software, which queries one of several time services NTP servers on a schedule set by the user. The SW updates your PC clock, and is safe, compatible with Windows 98SE, doesn't interfere with other programs, and very reliable. Go to: http://www.thinkman.com/~thinkman/ for a free download.
