I would approach Ken of Celestaire. He gave two one-hour seminars at boat shows. One introductory, one more detailed. He has been doing it so long he knows exactly what works and what doesn't, and keeps the audience engaged the entire time. If he has outlines and will share them, you'll be 95% of the way there IMHO.
