    This was a mistake. In the old almanacs the sun's right ascension is given
    in hours:minutes:seconds but the moon's RA is in degrees:minutes:seconds.
    Also in Thompson's annotations, the sun's RA is h:m:s while the moon's is
    ? ' ".
