    No, this is not the problem. I have the fastest Internet connection
    possible. The problem, as I said before, is with the way
    the books are posted. (Or maybe I don't know hoiw to download them
    correctly).
    2 minutes per page is spent on mouse clicks.
    That's because the Mystic Seaport page has a SEPARATE page for each
    book page. In "normal formats" you dont download one page at a time,
    but the whole book.

    Once I asked them for the whole file of Norie's book.
    they made it in the same day and uploaded to my computer
    via ftp (in .pdf)
    The only disadvantage is that I had to pay $25 for this.
    So they do have a .pdf file, at least of this book.
    At least now they do have this file:-)
