Gordon: What bookstore did you find the Bowditchs in? I'm looking for a 1943 edition. I have had Vol 2 for several years. I haven't seen any 1800's Bowditchs. I have an 1888 Lecky that I am almost afraid to open because the pages are getting so brittle.
