The radius in nautical miles is simply  (90-Hc) x 60.

    Andres & Frank,
I understand your points but there are no equations I was working with...though I had been seeking one.
The formulas I attempted to reverse engineer were way to difficult to figure out and I was wasting my time trying to do so- about 1 hour.
While I understand where the circle centers would be located, based on Dec and GHA in the examples Frank presented, I can't figure out what size to make the radius of any. Is it based on Hc?
    Sam L.
