The Revised & Expanded version came out in 2011 with 328 pages. The 1st and 2nd printings had 274 pages. The 2-body fix equations are on pages 78 & 79 in the older versions. The latest version has a bit more explanation of the use of these equations, plus several significant additional topics.
And thanks for the typo information. I've missed that one and 'am always greatful when someone tells me about a typo, or any other suggestions for that matter.
