    Ron,

    With ASTROLAB, I practically find the same values with quadratic regression:

    MT = 17h 10m 09s     Alti at MT = 61° 15.30'

    And my resulting longitude is 123° 26.2', similar to yours.

    No problem for the latitude, as well.
