I find it difficult to believe that you would not find something useable on the NOAA website, or that reproducing copies of their charts would be prohibited.

Otherwise, I have no midea of what scale you are looking for. Get back to me if you continue having trouble.

I guess Andres has answered your question regarding the Virgin Rocks, so no need of putting my two cents in.

This is the second of two requests for help.

I'm looking for a simple chart of the North Atlantic, covering say 30º to
60º N, 0º to 70ºW, or thereabouts, in digital form, that's free to use
without any copyright restrictions. All I want is coastal outlines, in black
and white; no colour or fancy bits at all. Mercator projection would be
best, and it will need some lines of lat and long. It needs to be in such a
form that I can easily add plotted positions and ship tracks, and am free to
publish the result.

It doesn't seem a lot to ask for, but I just don't know where to start
looking. Can anyone kindly point me in the right direction, please?
