My index error is -4' (it's above zero)
How I determined LAN-
Using Navsoft's HO249 I looked up August 24 2014 and found the MP for the Sun to be UT 12:02
My Longitude is 75 Degrees 22' 27"
Converting the 22' 27" to Time using Table 3- Conversion of Arc to Time I had to add the following time;
1 minute and (about) 30 seconds for a total MP of;
12:03:30
with a Zone correction of +5 hours.
So MP was 17:03:30
Hope that makes sense. I'm new to this.
