Alan,
The title is LINE OF POSITION BOOK by Weem's. They are hard to find in good condition. Each table contains a Rust Diagram for determining azimuth. Mine is a 1943 4th edition. The binding is a maroon hard cover with 54 pages of tables, instructions , and diagrams.
