    Hello Paul,

    Thanks for your feedback.

You noticed a different Azimuth for Navigator #2 : 360° instead of the 180° value I published. Yes ! It came from a copy-paste typo from mine which I picked up only once my post was published. Unfortunately no possibility (yet?) to further edit and correct already released posts (Frank, are you here ?).

You also noticed a significant discrepancy in the Moon Apparent Equatorial Coordinates I published. Yes again ! I do concur, since they are derived from truncated series. Nonetheless they are fully fit for Celnav since they fall 2.5" from your "most accurate" ones, i.e. well within the 4" I claimed.

It is then fully logical that we should not get exactly the same end results.

Would you be then able to use the very same coordinates I purposely published with extra (non significant) digits so that you could independently verify my end-results ? If not, please be so kind as to publish your parallax as well as GHA Arietis (or Moon GHA) values for the Observation time (23h48m29.0s with as earlier TT-UT=+55.7s). I will be using them in "manual entry mode" into my computations and we should then be able to perform meaningful comparisons. The most interesting comparison in this example concern the Parallax obviously !

Thanks again for your Kind Assistance and

    Best Regards

    Kermit
