    I reported this to the developer about a year and a half ago, along with some other suggestions.  Nothing changed.

    FWIW, a student of mine discovered you put in IE, not IC when using this app - as it says in the directions. She cited this as an example of the old gag about ass-u-me. :-)

    The advanced settings allow you to input whatever values you choose for TAI-UTC (the cumulative number of leap seconds) and UT1-UTC (aka DUT1). The 'help file' for these settings states, "In general you do not need to change any of the advanced settings, unless you know what you are doing. Celestial knows the correct values for these settings automatically." It was this explanation, and the coming leap second, which prompted me to email the developers in the first place.
