You're right, it is definitely not an Elton quadrant, see:

But the Portuguese label doesn't say that it is. I took the picture. I don't speak Portuguese but it is clear that the Portuguese portion part of the label doesn't contain the word "Elton" but does say "Quadrante De Davis," that sure looks like "Davis Quadrant" to me.
