    Interestingly, it's no problem at all "in principle". The ability to
    synchronize clocks regardless of position and state of motion is literally a
    cornerstone of relativity. You'll find the basics outlined in any textbook
    of relativity. But something that is easy in principle may take herculean
    efforts in practice. That's the problem here, I think.
