Excellent. Glad to hear you'll try to make it to Mystic again in June!
I will follow up with a few more details this week.

I should also add here that Mystic Seaport is planning to sponsor some
events related to navigation in 2009 as part of the celebration of the
history of the whaleship Charles W. Morgan and as part of the
Inernational Year of Astronomy. There is no further info at this time,
and I'm only mentioning this here and now because I promised I would.

Repeating my original message:
"It's official! We're having another Celestial Navigation Weekend in
Mystic,
Connecticut June 6,7,8 of this year, hosted by the Mystic Seaport
Planetarium with support from the Susan Howell Memorial Fund. For
those of
you who missed the last event, have a look at this web page:
http://www.fer3.com/Mystic2006 . I do not have a schedule of
activities or
events yet for this year, and I would be happy to hear suggestions.
Generally, the focus will be traditional navigation methods as in
2006. I
expect to see all of you there. Details coming soon... "
