And for a third point of view, has anyone done a comparison of the data available on Tecepe with the NA?

The data comparisons were made against the 2013 Commercial Edition of the Nautical Almanac (US$ 19.77 on Amazon). I was a little surprised to see the difference of 0.4' in the GHA of Venus developing toward the end of 2013; I'll keep an eye on this next year when I check the 2014 numbers.
