I have been thinking about the problem as stated and there seemed something "fishy" about it. I do not doubt that somebody at IBM may have wondered, "are there such dips in the ocean that affect ships?" but I doubt that after some study that they came up with this conclusion. We should look into the IBM Maritime Center of Italy and see what they have to report officially. Dan
