FYI:
I received an email from the U.S. Government Publishing Office on October 19th which stated "The Nautical Almanac 2023 will be available on November 10, 2022."
Just below that, it read "We expect to receive the inventory back in stock on 11/10/2022." (Emphasis added.)
Make of that what you will.
