Appears that I stand corrected, such being the pitfalls of memory. In any case, I don't have a dog in this fight.
As to the antics of The Congress, mentioned by Lu, one wonders about that situation. Could it possibly be that, say it isn't so Joe, say it isn't so, The Congress is "on the take"? Might it actually be that the question is self answering, in the AFFIRMATIVE?
